Minecraft Seed Map & Seed Finder Tools

Sixteen dedicated finders sit on top of the same map, for Java 1.20–26.2 and Bedrock up to 26.30. Everything runs in your browser: no download, no account, nothing uploaded.

How it works

  1. Run /seed in your world and copy the number.
  2. Paste it into the map and choose your edition — Java or Bedrock.
  3. Turn on the structures and biomes you care about, and read the coordinates straight off the markers.

FAQ

Is this seed map free?

Yes. Every tool on ezseed.net runs in your browser and is free, with no account, no download and no install. Nothing you type is uploaded — the world generation is computed locally in WebAssembly.

Does it work for Bedrock as well as Java?

Both. Pick your edition in the map toolbar: Java 1.20 through 26.2, or Bedrock up to 26.30. Structure positions and biome layouts differ between editions, and the map generates each one with its own algorithm rather than approximating one from the other.

Where do I find my seed?

In game, run /seed in a single-player world or on a server where you have permission. Java players can also read it from the world folder; Bedrock players can copy it from the world settings screen. Paste the number into the map and everything updates.

How accurate are the structure positions?

Positions come from ports of the real world-generation algorithms and are checked against reference implementations before shipping. Structures that depend on terrain the map does not fully simulate — buried treasure inside terrain, some ruined portal variants — are marked as candidates rather than guaranteed hits.

What is the 3D viewer?

It renders your seed's actual terrain — hills, caves, biome colours, structures in place — so you can fly over a spawn before committing to it. It is heavier than the 2D map, so open it once you have a seed worth a closer look.

Can I use worldgen datapacks?

Yes, for Java. Terralith, Tectonic, Continents and Lithosphere are supported in the map so a datapack world previews the same way a vanilla one does.
