Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Ezseed, including the map, seed finder, nearest structure tools, seed analyzer, cluster finder, account features, comments, saved seeds, and related pages. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

What Ezseed provides

Ezseed is a fan-made Minecraft seed utility. It provides informational tools that estimate biomes, structures, coordinates, seed quality, and related world-generation data. The site is intended for personal, educational, research, and entertainment use.

No guarantee of accuracy

Minecraft world generation is complex and changes across editions and versions. Ezseed uses open-source libraries, WebAssembly, JavaScript ports, research notes, and our own implementation work. Results may be incomplete, outdated, approximate, or wrong for some seeds, versions, coordinates, devices, or edge cases.

Your responsibilities

• Use the site only for lawful purposes.
• Do not interfere with, overload, scrape abusively, or attack the service.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, authentication, or rate limits.
• Do not upload, post, or submit unlawful, abusive, spam, or infringing content.
• Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent ownership of an account.

Accounts and saved data

Some features may allow you to sign in, save seeds, post comments, or store preferences. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may remove content, limit access, or disable accounts if we believe a user is abusing the service or violating these terms.

User content

If you submit comments, names, saved seed labels, bug reports, or other content, you allow Ezseed to store, display, process, and moderate that content as needed to operate the site. You retain whatever rights you have in your content, but you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit it.

Third-party services and open-source projects

Ezseed may rely on hosting providers, OAuth providers, browser APIs, open-source libraries, and external repositories. Those third parties may have their own terms and policies. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not mean we control or endorse them.

Minecraft names, icons, and game assets

Ezseed is built around Minecraft seed research, so the site may refer to Minecraft editions, versions, structures, biomes, items, blocks, and related game concepts. Minecraft names, icons, item artwork, block artwork, and related game assets are owned by Mojang Studios and/or Microsoft. Ezseed does not claim ownership of those materials and uses them only to identify Minecraft-related map features.

Changes to the site

We may change, suspend, remove, or limit any feature at any time. We may also update these terms as the site changes. Continued use of Ezseed after an update means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

Ezseed is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or accurate. Use the results as estimates and verify important findings in-game.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ezseed and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, account access, saved seeds, comments, profits, or opportunities arising from use of the site.
