General support

For normal support requests, include a short explanation of the issue and the browser/device you are using. If the issue is visual, a screenshot is useful.

Seed map or finder reports

If you are reporting a wrong marker, missing structure, wrong biome, or analyzer mismatch, include as much of the following as possible:

• Seed number.
• Java or Bedrock edition.
• Exact Minecraft version selected on Ezseed.
• Dimension and coordinates.
• What Ezseed showed and what you expected instead.
• A link copied from the Share button, if available.

Account, saved seed, and comment requests

For account, saved seed, or comment-related requests, contact us from the same email address connected to the account when possible. This helps us verify ownership before making changes.

DMCA and legal notices

If you believe content on Ezseed infringes your copyright or other rights, send a notice to [email protected] with your contact information, a description of the work, the URL or location of the material, and a statement explaining the issue.

Response time

We try to review useful reports as quickly as possible. Response times are not guaranteed, and reproducible bugs, security issues, and legal/privacy requests are prioritized.
