Ice Spikes Start Beside a Frozen Ocean Coast

You spawn standing in Ice Spikes, a rare biome that most players never see at the start. Snowy Beach is about 32 blocks away and Frozen Ocean about 64 blocks out, so this is a cold coastal start. Land beyond is thin: the first village sits about 490 blocks away, and plains are about 140 blocks off.

Structures nearest to spawn

Nearest instance of each type inside a 5,000-block box centred on spawn. Coordinates are the structure's origin; ancient cities and mineshafts sit far below the surface.

Biome mix around spawn

Surface biome sampled on a grid across a 2,048×2,048 block box centred on spawn. Biomes under 1% share are omitted, except the biome you spawn in.
