Ice Spikes and a Snowy Village Beside Frozen Rivers

You spawn on a snowy plateau with a frozen river curling right beside you. The rare find here is an Ice Spikes patch about 172 blocks away, within easy walking range. The nearest village sits about 297 blocks south, surrounded by snowy plains, slopes and more ice spikes. Spawn itself is plain white ground.
